The data controller of the data found in the application is APT Defend Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw at ul. Pulawska 12/3. Personal data are processed for the purpose of delivering the newsletter, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and are not transferred to other recipients, international organisations or third countries. Personal data are stored for the subscription period. The applicant has the right to access their personal data, to rectify them and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office of the Republic of Poland. The provision of personal data is voluntary, not stemming from the provisions of law, yet the failure to do so will result in the impossibility of placing an order. On the basis of personal data, no automated decisions are taken, including no profiling.
